Wonderful taste and good atmosphere.
'terribly delicious, fukuoka very owned udon'
Best udon in Fukuoka!
Really lovely udon. You have to order from a machine that has only Japanese buttons but chances are the workers can help you.
Morelocal tasty
It used to be open 24 hours a day, but recently it seems to close at midnight. The noodles are typical Hakata boiled noodles, and the thick soup is matched with the less chewy noodles. It's an all-you-can-eat service with kimchi on the table, but if you put it in from the beginning, the taste will change considerably, so we recommend adding it little by little. Popular is vegetable tempura udon.
MoreIf you have been staying in a nearby area, I recommend you to hear it once. It is a coincidence, but it is delicious. At first, there was only Japanese menu, so I asked the staff to ask, but when I revisited it, I got a Korean menu. My favorite method of eating is to eat a little udon and then put it in a bowl. I watched the locals eat it, and I ate it.
MoreAll-you-can-eat Kimchi is no longer affected by corona. Offered in small plates. I don't know if you can replace it. The fried food is pre-made. Boil noodles? The soup is delicious. Skipjack? Iriko? Anyway, the soup is delicious. However, how much this gobo heaven udon is 450 yen 😅
MoreNo veggie options and unfriendly staff
Good
Fantastic place. Super old school Japanese Udon noodle in Hakata style.Amazing soup and soft noodles with tasty tempura was just so delicious.I wish if I could eat one last time before I left town, but they were closed on Mondays. It is a stretch of subway ride from Tenjin or Hakata, though it's totally worth it.Tojinmachi station is right in front of the restaurant. Train ride is very short and easy. This is where you eat Udon in Hakata. No question.Better than famous Makino (I've eaten at their headquarter). This place's soup is just over the top. For noodles Makino wins, but the soup and tempura totally take over it.Just writing this review makes me hungry. I want them to open a branch in my neighborhood Bushwick ! PLEASE!!!!!
